behind the scenes Sage + Sonny it's me, lynsey and my 3 small boys. a few years
back our world changed and i had to work out a new life for us. i learnt 
fast that our mental health and wellbeing was core to us getting by. 
i tried to build us a slower life, where home was steady and grounding. 
during pregnancy and during babyhood i had used oils to help support the
boys with rest, sleep and anxiety - 
i found i needed to anchor myself too, practicing my own self care to keep my
head above water. being home made us feel safe,  the things we were surrounded 
by brought joy and little rituals like lighting the oil burner- to fill the house with 
reassuring scents helped. soon i started blending my own oils so thati could unite the 
smell and wellbeing from essential oils. 
the idea for Sage + Sonny started to grow for a simple mindful life style store where folk
have the chance to find simple ways to anchor the day and life with...goods 
that spark joy x
